Rustic Oak - Houston

Loved this place and still can't believe they closed downI hope they're able to reopen in a new location that is better for business.

My husband and I fell in love with Rustic Oak's menu and delicious food back in July.

Something is seriously amiss with this establishment.

We have reserved an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. The food was great, the service was great and the ambience was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. The downside was that my vehicle was broken into and the rest of our evening plans were ruined. Signs said measured with the camera - not necessarily true. The buildings are measured. Of course, Ruth's Chris wasn't really to blame, but waiting an hour to report it as we live a bit outside of SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure.
