When she gave me the one I asked for a bag, she seemed to be disturbed, so I only got one lying on the counter and said don't worry. worse than ever! need to find better customer service men!
Never before was it that it stopped the experience. The girls before themselves had great energy and were very helpful. I've never tried anything to do today, Ham Nncheese. The apple fritter was so good and so big. Nice little place with seating and drive thru. Open 7 days a week and you can start your sugar rash at 5 o'clock.
Of course, all donuts are good, but they have a big sausage and cheese-colache that meets the point when they are hungry. not like the little ones who sell them. it's mostly brot.
Wing them to the drive because the inner was closed. order the 1 dozen mixed donuts. to the luck I checked the order before I left the window and it wasn't what I asked. only 2 of the 12 were right. waited about 10 minutes until the employee returned to the window. their answer to the problem was that we are from those they wanted. she didn't tell me when she gave me the donuts, bad customer service and not so fresh donuts. will not be back to this place.
The donuts are okay. I?m not exaggerating when I say that the lady that is here in the afternoons is the absolute worst employee I?ve ever seen at a Shipleys. I understand that people have bad days and things happen, but for this woman to be in the worst mood on a consistent basis is just the worst. I avoid this Shipleys so that I don?t have to deal with her sorry a attitude. If you don?t want to work, just go home and stop trying to make everyone else miserable. Sad that such a great location is shadowed by the TERRIBLE vibe that woman has. You don?t even have to be nice, just give me my donuts and wipe that miserable face off.
