Sofrito - Houston

I had the tripleta sandwich. It was heavenly. A lot of everything on the menu is delicious and made to order right before the diner. Sofrito is in a car wash, but not deceive from the strange location, the food is amazing.

GREAT FOOD!!! It is a rich and excellent Puertorican-Texan cuisine fusion with a spin. It is not your average “Chinchorreo” place, still you get the Puertorican taste on every bite. Great service and great prices. The owner went beyond and beyond to serve us. We look forward to returning and who knows if it is in a new and larger plant. Thank you, CJ!

If you want to eat Puerto Rican, the gourmet is at chinchorro prices, then this is the place to be. I didn't try anything to think about my mouthwater, the Cuban sandwich, La Tripleta, cheesecake, Empanadillas, all delicious. Christofer is a true cook and cooks things on every given day only to try them, but has a steady menu that is fantastic and its customer service is 2 to none. Make yourself a favor and come over here, you're not convicted.

Oh, no! Your food is so delicious. Flavour fusion is so rich without leaving the Puerto Rican flavor behind. Everything I tried and ate was so good. Totally recommended.

Really great sandwiches here! The owner was really nice as well. I can't wait to go back and try the empanadas!
