Starbucks - Houston

The customer service at this restaurant is great and the location is convenient. My only issue is that sometimes the drinks are inconsistent. I prefer my drinks to be icy, but sometimes they are served in a hot cup by mistake, resulting in a warm beverage instead of a cold one. They need to pay more attention to detail in this aspect. Otherwise, everything else about the restaurant is good.

1 star for disappointing service. I am a frequent visitor to this cafe on campus and always enjoy my Dieucks coffee. However, I was disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered a short latte but received a regular latte that was too hot for me to drink. When I asked for something iced in a Venti cup, I was told I had to pay extra. I was surprised by this response, especially since I had already purchased a drink earlier. I rarely post negative reviews, but I hope to see improvements in the future.

I hate that online it says they are close later but by 5:00ish they are closed. So I tried to go up to an employee and he screamed, YES SCREAMED, at me that they were closed..... Like yikes. I just wanted to know their business hours.

Everyone at Starbucks on Main is so friendly professional. We love the camaraderie of this location!

New opened Starbucks on Main Street in downtown!!! I don’t need to go in the tunnels anymore to get my coffee fix and they are open 7 days a week.
