The chutney was excessively sweet, which I really didn't enjoy, especially since I ordered a large one and we ended up having to throw it away.
I've been visiting this place regularly for the past few months to enjoy their tikka masala, and I absolutely love it. The staff is well-informed about the menu and demonstrates a strong work ethic. The restaurant is usually quite busy and has a great atmosphere!
A great quick lunch here is a bowl of the Madras Soup. Warm, comforting, and a complex blend of tomato, vegetables, and spices.
The food here is truly exceptional. I absolutely love the saag paneer; it has a homemade quality that reminds me of what my mom would make, which sets it apart from many overly blended versions I've tried. I do wish they offered more vegetable options—something as simple as steamed broccoli, though not traditional, would be a nice addition to a menu that tends to be heavy on sauces. Additionally, the veggie kababs could benefit from the inclusion of mushrooms or another substantial ingredient. That said, this is still my favorite Indian and Pakistani restaurant in Houston.
The food here was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would eat here again! The tiki masala is probably the best chicken I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting!
