The Brass Tap - Houston

Wow, this bar is downhill. I moved 8 months ago and loved the brass tap. it is a completely different place and we had a terrible time. the management is worthless and the service was terrible. we had 2 drinks and girls waiting for us, forget our sandwich. we paid and left. more places in the middle of the city to have drinks and eating. the brass tap is not worth a star.

Food was medicorce at best. I did notice we were placed with the only black waiter along with the other black guests. It’s a great atmosphere, but nothing to rave about.

I visited this place over the weekend and let me say the brisket grilled cheese was the bomb?! Chips were fresh and salsa had a kick! The service wasn't good neither were the drinks but the food was definitely worth coming back. Sorry I didn't have time to take pics ?

The food was Amazing! The brunch charcuterie board has to be ordered in advance but soooo worth’s it. I gave the restaurant 4 instead of 5 stars because of the 8 people or more thing. After 8 people they require one ticket.

Great food, staff was super nice and made sure we were taken care of. I love that!Food was perfectly done and it was a lot of food. I didn't get any of their drinks but my friends did and If I remember right I think they liked it? Not sure.Anyways, we definitely will come back here on our next trip to htx.
