**Orange Chicken with Fried Rice and a Pork Egg Roll:** Delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked—not too spicy. **Sweet Chili Chicken with Steamed Rice and a Pork Egg Roll:** I loved this one! Sweet chili sauce is one of my favorites, and the chicken was also cooked perfectly. **Ginger Beef Broccoli with Fried Rice and a Pork Egg Roll:** The beef was tender, the broccoli had a nice crispness, and the ginger flavor was just right—not overpowering at all. **Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice and a Chicken Egg Roll:** This is the dish I had two weeks ago that was overcooked. One of the owners mentioned they’ve tweaked the recipe by marinating the beef longer, and it really made a difference! The beef was wonderfully tender, and I’m thrilled because it’s one of my favorites. We also got to try their Dessert Egg Rolls—apple and cheesecake. The pot stickers were tasty, but the dipping sauce was too salty even without me adding any salt. The pork egg roll was delicious and perfectly cooked; and the cinnamon rolls? Excellent! The staff was friendly, but I think I’ll give them some time to work out the kinks before I visit again.

This is a new concept restaurant that specializes in egg rolls, and they offer a fantastic variety, including some delightful dessert irolls. Since it was our first visit, my group and I wanted to try a bit of everything. We ordered the cancer roll, buffalo chicken roll, regular chicken roll, pig roll, and shrimp roll. We also enjoyed fried rice, lo mein noodles, orange chicken, honey BBQ ribs, and spicy wings. For dessert, we treated ourselves to apple cake, cheesecake/strawberry, and s’mores egg rolls. Everything we had was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The staff was wonderful—very attentive and well-organized. My family and I are definitely looking forward to becoming regulars!

On my next visit, I decided to try the Jalapeño Beef. The beef was perfectly cooked, and the amount of sauce paired nicely with the fried rice. The spices were just right, providing a bit of a kick without being too much. I also indulged in a Buffalo Chicken Egg Roll, which pleasantly surprised me with its flavor. Our family is thrilled to have Egg Roll Factory nearby. After my favorite local Chinese restaurant was lost to the floods from Hurricane Harvey, Egg Roll Factory has become a wonderful substitute. The staff is always friendly and eager to help with any questions. Overall, our dining experiences have been excellent!

Great food, good portions sizes that are made to order, and friendly staff! Nice and clean on the inside, and they deliver which is awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for some fresh, delicious food!
