It costs $10 and tasted as Bland as cans spinach. No taste and little spices. The Foccacia bread tasted like rubber and not as if they made it fresh daily. If the Foccacia bread is questionable in an Italian restaurant, I doubt the rest when the menu is spectacular. There is a wide selection of wine. I'll visit again, but only for drinks.
Price for portions is not good and The Taste is so so. Service was not that great and I don't think I could say that I had an enjoyable time. I came originally because of a Groupon to try the place out for the first time but even with another one I wouldn't come back. I hope that that night was just an off night and maybe they deserve another chance but there's nothing motivated me to do so. I will say that the decor is pretty nice !
Appetizer good. my ravioli good. my wife's veal bad. dessert OK. service: AWFUL!!!!!!! Never and I mean never took our drink order. Very very slow. Place was not busy. took forever to get entre ordered. food slow to arrive. took forever to get dessert ordered. The kicker- I must have left my credit card there with the bill- when I called to see if i might have done so, they said that unless i had the name of my server, they could not check. will not be back. beware this and Little Napoli Italian Grill Bar are the same establishment.
Awful! The service was TERRIBLE and the food was average! For a table of six, everyone got their food at different times. The waitress never apologized when she messed up not 1, but 2 different orders. She rolled her eyes at me when I let her know that this was not what I ordered. The whole table heard me order because she refused to walk over to my side of the table to take my order. It then took over 20 minutes for the other order she messed up to make it to the table and it was undercooked. We asked multiple times for a manager and not once did one come by the table. My husband who was in the restaurant business before graduating from college, gave an awful tip because the service was that bad. We checked our bank statement and the waitress charged our card for 10 dollars more than the total amount. Thank goodness we took a picture of the bill and the tip with his signature before we left. If you want terrible service, more money taken from your account, and average food, this is the place for you!
Walked over after a performance at the Wortham center, the place was dead and I felt like the staff couldn't have been less happy to see customers. Bartender was not friendly. Wine recommendations were half hearted. Beer choice number one was out of stock. Beer choice number two came out warm. We just decided to leave without ordering anything else.
