Ordered pies to be picked up at 5:30. Showed up and they said their policy is to not make the pies until you show up because sometimes people cancel? I PAID IN ADVANCEthat’s the whole point of pre-payment. They told me to come back in an hour. If you have no intention of providing pies at the time of pickup why are you offering a pickup time? Or maybe call and confirm the order? Wild service. Service: 1
