Perkins Bakery - Hudson

I ordered pies for pickup at 5:30 and arrived only to find out that their policy is to wait until customers arrive to prepare the pies, as some people cancel. I had already paid in advance, which is the main reason for pre-payment! They told me to come back in an hour. If you're not planning to have the pies ready when I arrive, what's the point of offering a specific pickup time? A quick call to confirm the order would have been helpful. Terrible service. Rating: 1.
