Roma Pizza Family - Hudson

If zero stars was an option that is what I would give, we live very close to roma, so eat them quite often perform. We called a command tonight and they told us 45 minutes. we showed up in 45 minutes and they said 7-10 minutes after waiting 45 minutes more we asked for our food they said is 7-10 minutes again. after waiting for again we went back to say that they gave our order to someone else. all in all we waited 2 hours on a order of wings and kesebrot! very disappointed, seems as if they were renting some more cooks instead of seven 16 years old waiters and 1 cook!

A friend and I went there because I remembered that they had a wonderful mushroom dish. We weren't disappointed . Excellent pasta, attentive service, homey family place.

The food was ok. The customer service was awful. While I have as waiting an hour for my food, a young lady came in saying that she had just been hired and was wanting to know what the dress code was. She was told that they were too busy to talk to her and she would have to wait. Meanwhile several workers were standing around with their arms crossed doing nothing or standing around talking. The young lady was interacting more with the customers than the staff were. She finally gave up and left. I won't be wasting my time or money going back there.

We went on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't busy by no means. Service was lacking and food made my husband and I feel sick.Response to your response: this review is not fake. And I said a Saturday afternoon not this Saturday afternoon. Now we will definitely not come back!!!! P.S. I didn't personally attack anyone at your business on this review so pretty much calling me a liar is awful low.

The food is always delicious!!! My favorite is the Alfredo! My husband's is thr Stromboli. We always have great service and great food!!!
