Contribuisci feedbackBe careful in the parking lot. I almost got ran over by a speeding mother of an employee. After she exited the vehicle, I started to approach her as she went ballistic on the owner/manager for verbally abusing her teenage daughter. I went around the corner and snooped on the conversation. The only reason I?m reading the reviews is to see if this is a normal thing or if the mother was over-reacting. Read the reviews and decide for yourself.
I stopped by the drive thru on 11/13 early AM and had an unpleasant experience. Their promoting buy 1 food item, get a free smoothie with the email I had. I showed the young female drive thru worker my email and she mentioned that their scanner is not working at the the drive thru. The right to do was she should have used one of the other scanners at the front counter however she did not and I ended up paying both the Chicken Pesto sandwich and a Peanutbutter Cup smoothie at full menu price for both items. PLEASE CONTACT ME TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEE(S) TO DO BETTER!!
The location is fantastic, and the ambiance is excellent! I wasn't expecting too much, but the smoothie exceeded my expectations. It had a great flavor, somewhere between Smoothie King and Jamba Juice, offering an authentic taste that doesn't resemble cardboard. I also tried a veggie hummus wrap and an avocado grilled cheese, both of which were incredible. This has become my favorite spot for quick bites! The staff was very friendly, and the service was impressively fast—I received my order in just 5 minutes, even though the place was packed when I arrived. I highly recommend stopping by!
We ordered ahead, but when we arrived to pick it up, nothing was ready. There was no acknowledgment when we walked in; even though we made eye contact with the staff multiple times, we received no greeting or offer of assistance. When we mentioned that our order was taking a long time, we were told that we didn’t understand how stressful it was for the staff, especially being short-staffed. I found this response unacceptable; it’s not true, and it should never be directed at a customer. To make matters worse, the manager was yelling at another customer. We received our order incomplete; they left out a jalapeño corn side, and when we pointed it out, it was carelessly thrown at us, resulting in corn spilling everywhere. To top it off, when we got back to our office, we discovered that we were missing one of our orders. We called corporate to address these issues, and they offered us $10, but we had spent around $80 on both Tuesday and today. The issue isn’t about the money; we simply want the good service we experienced during our first two visits. The food and smoothies are excellent, but with such poor management and two disappointing experiences in a row, I’m not sure we’ll return. That’s a lot of business you’re losing, considering we had ordered from you four times in the past two weeks.
My order totaled $13.56, but I was charged an extra $2 or $3. When I mentioned that I didn't want to leave a tip due to the long wait, they made me pull up to the sign, which took an additional five minutes. When I finally received my food, it was the incorrect order, and I had to call to get it corrected. Throughout this wait, I witnessed two men, who were at least 35 years old, arguing with teenagers, which was very unprofessional. No matter your position as a boss or manager, that is not how to address someone else's children.
