You could lift them up like a blanket off the crust. The top just slid right off. Plus, the taste was funky. We threw it away and made ham sandwiches.
One of my favorite caseys stops! Staff is always friendly.
I've stopped at this Casey's several times over the years during travel from Ames to Spirit Lake (or Estherville) and back. It's roughly half way and serves as a convenient rest room, snack, and gas stop. It's at a major intersection, which means easy access and exit back to whatever your main road might be. It's also a busy place, which means being patient as the trusty Casey clerks server their customers. This is also an area where it's best to be as invisible as possible, both in word and deed. An example of the later was during COVID where Gayle's and my wearing of masks elicited dirty looks and snide comments from a number of bare faced fellow citizens. Of course, no one was going to tell them what to do, but I guess we were somehow entitled to their opinion.....
Love the new bbq brisket pizza! Hope they keep it. Order was fresh and super hot. Delivery was on time. Friendly service.
What can I say we are very lucky to have a Casey’s here in Humboldt which gives us another decent pizza option. The Casey’s rewards program is a must have giving you money back on store items with every purchase. Plus you got to give a company credit that started in Iowa. Really I think their pizza is 3rd best in Humboldt and 1st best in bone-in Buffalo wings. I wish they’d have 91 here.
