Grant Grove - Hume

Very well maintained and accessible restaurant. They offer large portions and affordable prices. We loved the meals very much and the staff were super friendly and explaining. Very recommended.

Grant Grove restaurant is the Grant Grove Village restaurant in Kings Canyon National Park. Opening hours are 7-10 (breakfast), 11.30-3.30 (midday) and 5-8 (dinner). We had a good breakfast and two good lunches at the Grant Grove restaurant during our last stay at the nearby John Muir Lodge. Seat and dining area surroundings are nice in the restaurant, tables well spaced. We found service very friendly and timely as well. Menu is quite simple and straightforward and the kitchen has done a good job with all our orders. Our breakfast orders included a delicious yoghurt dish as well as a short pancake, bacon and eggs to taste just as expected. It was served quickly and good breakfast. Lunch orders from a bowl of chili, California Flatbread, chicken salad packaging and pizza were all prepared and tasted pretty good. We have served everything and we have no problem reordering everything. Altogether three pretty good meals at Grant Grove. Would you like to eat again when we go through the Grant Grove village area of Kings Canyon National Park next time.

The burgers and chili were solid. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. I also like to be in Grant Grove Village. My only complaint is the service. You must have been short employees because our server hasn't died as often as we would have liked.

The Grant Grove Restaurant one of the few restaurants you can eat at while visiting King's Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. It's close to the visitor center and the lodge around it. It doesn't disappoint though! The food quality is excellent. Everything I've had there has been tasty and well cooked, especially the trout and the burger. The inside is very lovely and the staff is friendly.

I just like her food. I always get super customer service here. The place is always clean and the staff are always very friendly. Would recommend others.
