El Ranchito And Grill - Huntington

I truly wish there were more Mexican restaurants like this one. They focus on incorporating vegetables into their dishes, and their complimentary chips and salsa are outstanding—quite the contrast to Tequila Grill in the Big Lots Plaza near Barboursville. Dining at Tequila Grill feels like a somewhat pleasant experience with an average dentist. This restaurant, however, consistently serves excellent food. The staff is always courteous and attentive. I've never had a bad experience here, and we come a few times a month for work.

We ordered the chicken soup, veggie tamales, and mushroom quesadilla, and everything was amazing. This place offers some of the most authentic flavors I've experienced! I'm already planning my next visit. The service was also excellent and quick. When I arrived, there was a brief line at the counter, but a gentleman came over immediately to assist me. A+!

The best margaritas in Huntington! The servers are wonderful, and the bartenders are very generous. The food is excellent during the day, and in the evening, it transforms into a vibrant party bar. There's a spacious bar area with large flat-screen TVs all around and a dance floor in the back featuring mirrors and lights. They also have fantastic drink specials!

The chicken was unappetizing, and the rice was overcooked. They provided only half a bag of chips for two orders of queso and one salsa, which is absurd.

The Big Herd Burrito is incredibly delicious and makes for a fantastic dish to share with a few friends.
