I discovered that the impolite manager is actually the General Manager; he's a tall man in his 50s with gray hair. He appears to lack customer service skills and doesn't treat the young staff well either. Regardless of how busy things get, he really needs to learn to stay calm and improve his interactions with customers. I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable letting my child work under his supervision.
I consistently have issues with my orders at this McDonald's, and whenever I mention the mistakes, they make it seem like it's my fault. The blonde staff member who delivers the food is particularly vague and has been one of the rudest people I've encountered there.
I'm not sure what's happening, but this isn't the typical service we expect from this McDonald's. Usually, the staff is cheerful and welcoming, and everything is great! However, this girl really needs a major attitude adjustment. As regular customers, and even for new patrons, a better attitude is essential in the service industry. Otherwise, people won’t want to come back. Just saying.
The cheeseburgers were quite dry, indicating that the patties may have been sitting out for too long.
