Penn Station East Coast Subs

What a wonderful discovery during our trip to West Virginia! Coming from Minnesota, we hadn’t had the chance to eat at a Penn Station restaurant before. After finding the local branch in Huntington, we truly hope to experience it more often in the future! The sandwiches are divine, the fries are freshly cut every day, and the homemade cookies are one-of-a-kind desserts you won’t find anywhere else. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. What more can I say? Give them a try, and I’m sure it will become a regular stop for your family!

I usually order delivery from here through DoorDash, but I've also visited the restaurant about 5 to 10 times. Their subs are fantastic, with the bread being the highlight, but the ingredients are great too. The cheesesteak is a bit too salty for my taste, but the cold subs are all really delicious! Delivery is consistently fast, and the fries are always hot when they arrive. In my experience, I haven't had a better sub in Huntington, WV.

I ordered two steak subs and two cookies. When we got home to eat, we found a long black hair cooked into the meat! It was disgusting. I sent an email on Saturday, and here it is Tuesday with still no response.

The prices are steep, just like at most restaurants these days. The sandwich I had was just okay, but if I were to rate the fries on their own, they would easily get 5 stars. However, I gave it another shot and ordered the classic Italian sandwich, which was absolutely fantastic—definitely worthy of a 5-star rating!

The steak sub I received was the greasiest sub I've ever had. Literally had to wrap 6 or 7 napkins around it to keep from getting it all over me. Then through out half of it because the bread was so nasty.
