The service was disappointing; I had to fetch my own knife for my steak, and the waitress seemed unfamiliar with her responsibilities.

The restaurant was only half full, yet it took 20 minutes for us to get seated. After being seated, we waited another 15 minutes without anyone even coming to take our drink order. We decided to leave and went to Bob Evans instead.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The wait was excessive, especially given that there were not many patrons dining at the time. There were plenty of open tables, but they couldn't seem to find one for me. I've dined here many times in the past and had good experiences, but after this visit, I won't be returning. The food was disappointing and matched the poor quality of the service.

Overall, it was an average experience. I used to visit this restaurant frequently when I lived nearby. While the steaks weren't the best I've had, they were decent. The shrimp were quite good, and the macaroni and potatoes were always available. It's definitely worth a visit!
