Pho One - Hurst

I really enjoyed the food here. It was fresh, flavorful, and delicious!

Vegetarian options: The regular menu includes a dedicated page with an extensive list of vegetarian choices, making it easy to see all the available options at a glance. It’s great to have a separate section for these dishes!

The pork in the pork vermicelli was excellent—lean with just a hint of fat and delightfully crispy edges.

I ordered Pho ahead to-go. Food was ready on time so that was nice but it was separated into a cup, box, and baggy? I didn't realize until I got into work and didn't have a big enough bowl to combine ingredients.. not happy.

The food was ready in like 10 minutes and it's some of the best pho i've ever had in my life! The meat to noodle to broth ratio is excellent for a large and the variety was amazing!
