An incredible restaurant with an interesting concept. That of not opening its doors to customers who have traveled hundreds of thousands of km to taste these magnificent cosmopolitan foods. The fact that there is a mention of Saturday showing open until 2 p.m. can be confusing when you arrive and the door is closed without an apology message but the fact that the schedule was changed 2 weeks ago can justify a lack usually. Hoping that they will be more rigorous regarding the freshness of their products.. Unfortunately I will never know.

Everything is excellent, fresh, original, well served. The very nice welcome. An excellent surprise is the Friday evening tasting. We discover products that are not on the menu. The menu changes every 15 days. Always new discoveries. Reservations are required. On other days you can simply have a drink, a coffee, a soup or a very good tea. Or take several dishes.
