Panera Bread - Hyannis

This place is absolutely pathetic (doesn't deserve the 1 star). We came here for lunch as we were passing by on Easter Sunday. They were out of pretty much all kinds of breads and I ended up having a frontega on a white bread. My wife, who is vegetarian got served some chicken soup when we had clearly ordered the corn chowder. Lastly, we had to wait over 20 mins for our food. Overall, they were slow, unprofessional and ruined an otherwise perfect day. My family and I are definitely going to stay away from this place on all future Cape trips and I strongly recommend everyone else do too.

Tried the new chicken sandwich. It was awful. Tasteless. The bun was twice the size as the measly piece of chicken Pictures and ads totally misrepresent the product. The French onion soup which is usually decent was also flavorless and the chunk of French roll, usually served warm, was cold and close to stale Comparable, even better chicken sandwiches, can be purchased for 1/2 the price. Very disappointed. Not worth the price. The iced tea was the only thing good and it was free. YIKES!

Ambiance of an empty mall. Food expensive ...glorified sandwich shop. Unimpressed...never again

Rude customer service, also claimed to be out of alot of items. Clean floors though..

On 4/17/23 my fiancé and I came here for lunch and I got the steak sandwich with cheese and it was horrible I didn't know it had horseradish on it until it tasted it on the sandwich it didn't say it on the menu which they should have that on the menu I can't stand horseradish and it wasn't even hot to
