Garrison Brothers Distillery - Hye

Went on a tour this past weekend and Mike was very informative and a great storyteller during that tour. Jimmy was on the spot with a pour and General Leia was fun guiding our group through the bottling line. Our group had the best time.

Super hot! No indoor facilities for tastings, which is in the same outdoor area as the kitchen.

A trip to this gem is a must. Whether you go for a tasting or to volunteer as I did, you will not be disappointed. Great times, great people, great whiskey in the Hill Country. I'm going again...and again...

We had a GREAT time volunteering at Garrison Brothers Distillery! Fun, friendly employees, excellent breakfast and lunch, and bourbon tastings EVERY HOUR made for a memorable experience! We will do this again!!!

Had a blast here! Our tour guides Mike and Marlee were awesome, we learned a lot, had some great laughs, and drank some wonderful bourbon. The food at the whisky shack was amazing as well. Can't wait to visit again!
