The lavender margarita was pretty good. Bring it early when the line gets fast, but that's because it really has good food.
Love this picturesque casual restaurant with a local Texas feeling in the heart of the beautiful little town of Blanco. Apparently, it is a busy and popular restaurant judged by the crowd of people there. And why wouldn't they be popular? You have live music, good service and food! It's a winning combination in my book. It's on Blanco Square, so you can take lunch and go shopping in the cute shops. We had sandwiches with wonderful homemade breads. I enjoyed her great Cesar salad with chicken. We sat on the veranda terrace as it was a beautiful day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Next time you're in Blanco, try it.
We had a nice Sunday brunch on the veranda. Great for people watching. The food was delicious the service friendly and excellent. The café also has a large gift shop that is so funny to look around. Many parking spaces for our RV directly opposite the road in front of the city centre. Too many antique shops. Very recommended.
Food was good. I especially love the home fries. They remind me of what I know as peasant potatoes. I ordered the kids hamburger. I like that they had several cheeses to choose from, however they did not have American cheese which is my favorite for burgers. And this burger was the perfect size for me. My mom ordered the fish wrap. It was so good, and plenty big enough as she couldn't finish it.
Staff was amazing. Fun atmosphere, there was live music after 6. Had sandwiches and beer. The Real Ale brewery beer was awesome. The food was hot and fairly quick. Our sandwich was extra toasted and hard to eat. Still would recommend.
