I ordered pizza online and waited about an hour, but when I tried to call, there was no answer. I decided to drive to the restaurant instead. When I arrived, they were really overwhelmed, but they did their best to help everyone. They even offered some complimentary items, which was a nice touch. I would recommend giving them a chance; if you can't reach them by phone, just go in, and they'll be there to assist you.
