Classic Savory Sm Southmall - Incheon

Was looking forward to enjoying a Classic Savory menu and was greeted by a small cockroach under our table which the server promptly killed with some tissue in his hand Ordered a combo, and midway through serving ourselves, found something that looked like a thick, medium length hair from under the classic fried chicken. The staff wasn’t sure how to rectify this, insisting that everyone in the kitchen wears a hairnet and that they were all men with short hair. That’s fine but then what is this if it’s not hair? Ended up replacing the combo, but they’d run out of Classic chicken so had to substitute with their butter chicken instead. Food tasted decent, but I guess it was hard to enjoy with the signs of poor hygiene. Topped the night off with more cockroach sightings near their built in cabinets above the wifi routers

Great Chinese food around the village. SOBRANG INGAY nga lang ng plates. The servers would bang the plates on the table to clear the food scraps even en though there were customers beside the said table. They didn’t care if it was too loud. Would recommend for take out or delivery instead. Resto was too noisy for our liking. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We came from there earlier, February 29 2024 It's my mom's birthday, I talked to one of their crew there and they can sing my mom like I see in other classic savory restau', I expected a lot from this restaurant but I was very disappointed. I was going to give a tip, but don't, because it's just a simple request from the customer that hasn't been done yet, this restaurant is not recommended!! thumbs down Service: Dine in
