Wendys - Incheon

I've always been craving for their salad and so far it never disappoints. It still has it's classic taste that Wendy's is known for. Their chicken burger and the rest of the burgers shrink in size from the past years but still tasty.

I 'm not a fan or burger meals but Wendy 's is at least one of those food chains which elevate the burger experience. While I 'm not crazy about their burgers, I can say it 's better than the usual with bigger servings; although it 's not cheaper. Service is also not fast food in speed but the quality makes up for it.

I am Canadian living here and have serviced Wendy's for many years in Canada. I have always enjoyed Wendy's chicken sandwich. I have eaten at the one in Festival Mall Alabang and had good experience. Today we eat at the new one in Starmall Alabang and was completely dissatisfied with the sandwich.The first one came to us over cooked and tough,we sent it back only to receive 2 more under cooked (raw). They offered me something else but by then I was no longer interested in eating. It would have been better to refund my money,but you do not consider that an option, so much for customer service. The one my wife had she took home with her only to find it also raw. We have pictures of this. This is the last time I will be eating at any Wendy's here. It's a shame that the businesses in this country have no concept of customer service,you buy it your stuck with it.
