Bartender Dae Hyun Jeon takes additional attention to any drink he recommends and crafts. He asked what we want and gave options based on our preferences. We need to sniff various liqueurs, which he thought to be well suited before deciding for a drink. I enjoy cocktails and was in a number of bars in different cities, but he was hands down my favorite bartender. The bar itself is also very charming.
