Jersey Mike's Subs - Indian Land

I had a frustrating experience with the Jersey Mitkes app after its latest update. The ordering process is meant to be straightforward, allowing for the selection of standard items like bakes and the addition of extras like pickles. However, my recent order ended up being a mess—I received three subs that were simply loaded with pickles, and I ended up spending $80 without any resolution offered by the restaurant. Who orders a sub with just pickles? The app is not working properly, and it's disappointing.

It's great to see that the young team is dedicated to providing excellent service. The establishment is always clean, and the staff is friendly and eager to assist.

I arrived just before closing, and the staff was fantastic. The food was cooked to perfection! I'm very impressed with this Jersey Mike's location!

A small sandwich ordered 10 minutes in advance. I'm coming there and they didn't even begin. literal a customer in the shop. the owner speaks with this customer, and there are two workers who simply lay down and clean up. if they are waiting for a sandwich that has not even started, the priority should not take away pockets. I suppose it was the owner on his demeanor. he only accidentally made me my sandwich when I waited and continued to talk to his employees and was not at all in a hurry. the whole point of the preceding order is to maximize efficiency. this experience lasted longer than if I would just go my he would have saved and ordered me.

I immediately noticed that my favorite Sandwich is $0.25 cheaper than what I pay in MD!
