Subway - Indian Land

Food generally good, service generally terrible. My last order there was online, and when I arrived the woman behind the counter told me there was no order from me. Showed her the online confirmation three times. Never offered to redo the order, or anything else, before she walked away. Contacted Subway corporate, who responded quickly but never replied when I asked that my credit card charge for the order be refunded. I’m done with Subway.

Me and my husband have been to this subway store several times since we moved here in May 2021, are each time the service has been great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and our subs are made just the way we want request them. We have never encountered any problems at this location and will continue to come to the Indian Land, SC store for our subs.

I’ve been here many times and it’s been real good. This past time I went and there was a truck in front of us and it was all good. Then it took about 30 minutes and my girlfriend went inside and asked if they were closed because we’ve been and they usually don’t take long. We get our food about 15 minutes later and the lady who gave us our food said with a sarcastic voice “sorry for the wait”. We said thank you and left. When we got back she took a bite and realized there was hot sauce all over it. The order wasChicken bacon ranch with tomatoes, lettuce, salt, pepper, and Mayo.

First off, the staff there was extremely rude. I asked for 2 sandwiches and was meant with head shaking. Then had meat thrown off my sandwich and back into a container of different meat when I mentioned it was the wrong meat. Both my sandwiches were burnt. And I don't even know what was on top of my sandwich. Just small black dots all over the top. Disgusting. And they couldn't care less when you tell them the problem.

Ordered a sub footlong steak and cheese. Barley added meat cheese was all in one spot. Actually walked out. Left the sandwich and went to bojangles. Very poor sandwich at this location.
