The decor was great very classy and well done. Everything was super clean even the outside the parking garage. The food was great and everyone was friendly. The decor was steampunk ish, which was fantastic!

Professional from check in to check out. Had no issues when I arrived late. Good location for me. I stop there whenever I have a business trip in Boston. MGM Springfield treats a Platinum Card holder better then most MGM Casinos. To bad they closed the Platinum Card holder room. Due to COVID! Miss that Perk.

The hotel is always so clean and staff are always so pleasant. The place makes you feel rich and spoiled! The pool and hot tub was a nice feature for my grandson to enjoy! Special get away for the family! I can’t wait to go back again!

Plenty to do for a two night stay! We meant our friends from Maine there. Fun for the entire family with a lot of activities on the property! We even skipped six flags one day to hang out at the pool and go bowling!

Hotel was beautiful, all brand new rooms! Super clean , all updated and spacious. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We traveled with kids to visit theme park and the hotel had plenty of food options and even bowling! Great location
