Mcdonald's - Indian Trail

I've been a regular at this McDonald's and have often found the staff to be quite unfriendly and abrasive. However, today was a pleasant surprise! Everyone was cheerful and helpful, which really made my experience enjoyable. I appreciate the positive change and it definitely encourages me to keep visiting this location. Keep up the fantastic work!

I only ordered three Happy Meals, and the service was a bit slow. After leaving, we checked the Halloween pails and realized that only one of them was correct. One bucket only contained nuggets, while its sides were in the cheeseburger pail. So, the cheeseburger meal was completely missing its double fries.

Is it really necessary for me to review this place? You can find a McDonald's anywhere in the world, and no matter where you go, it all looks and tastes the same. If you don't see an issue with that, then there's nothing more to say—you should just stick with McDonald's.

This location gets an A+ for its 100 sanitation grade. Now, let?s see if this place can bring the service and food quality up to speed. The day of my visit, this place was not crowded. Food took a little while getting to me so I figured I was getting freshoff the griddle and fresh out of the fryer food. That was not the case. My burger was dry and the french fries were cold. I hadto go retrieve the drink that was not brought to me in the first place. The young gentleman behind the counter just kind ofstood around, filled up the tea, stood around some more, and then brought it. I asked for half sweet half unsweet with lemon andit was all sweet, no lemon.

The manager is a real go getter, she was all over the place, drive thru to front register, taking orders and filling the orders too. She's definitely a very hard worker but very friendly too. She did the work of 3 employees! She deserves a raise! She tookmy order and got it to me quickly! I'll definitely be going back there!
