Needless to say, I didn't finish my meal and completely lost my appetite. I WILL NOT be eating here again!! I'm really questioning their cleanliness and kitchen habits. Oh well, they lost me and my friend as customers FOREVER 1st Response: I'm not sure how you can be sure whether or not you served me or my friend considering I'm NOT a frequent customer. I'm ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that I did NOT review the wrong restaurant. I stand by my initial review about my previous experience at your restaurant! I don't leave bad reviews lightly and I am sorry if you feel that it is unwarranted but it still doesn't change my opinion or my experience or my expectations for the future.
Felt like family and the food was great and always fast.
If you are looking for a locally owned greasy spoon with amazing comfort food this is the place. Menu was massive, reasonable prices and great service. I just stumbled upon this place today and I will definitely be back. Little sketchy looking from the outside which is exactly my kinda place. Don't change a thing.
I wish I had taken pictures but I don't normally think of scrambled eggs and country ham as picture worthy. It's easy for restaurants to mess up eggs, real easy.... these were the best breakfast eggs I've ever had in a restaurant! You walk in and are greeted with smiles. It's southern American diner at its best. The waitress makes you feel right at home and quickly brings out whatever your order was. Country ham and eggs with grits were super delicious. Perfectly salty grilled ham with Perfectly cooked eggs and creamy grits. If I'm ever in that part of the country again, I will definitely be back.
Reminds me of Detroit style Coney Island restaurants, I will definitely go back
