Modita - Indianapolis

Fantastic! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The short ribs were among the best we've ever tasted.

I visited Modita for Devour Indy Winter 2023 and everything was fantastic! I especially loved the wagyu filet; it melted in our mouths and was worth every penny. The wrong soupe was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the miso salad was also excellent. Additionally, the bao beans were delicious. The only dish we didn't enjoy was the garnelen tempura roll, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we had a wonderful culinary experience. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely be back soon!

Our server was very knowledgeable in the menu and made great recommendations. He was polite and did a wonderful job. The food was incredible and more unique. We will be back!

Food was good, but service was not great, which is unusual for CG restaurant. Maybe we were spoiled at Vida the night before, lol. We had a reservation, but weren’t seated for 20 minutes after our arrival. What’s strange is that we were seated at a table that was empty and ready from the moment we walked in. Our server forgot drinks twice and one of our entrees was forgotten and had to be re-submitted. The entree arrived by itself, after we had finished everything else. I marked that I would recommend Modita to a friend, but I would advise them of the issues.
