The price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $20, making it a great value for the quality of food you receive. The meal itself was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Every dish was delicious, showcasing a wonderful variety of flavors and fresh ingredients. The service also deserves commendation, as the staff were attentive and friendly, providing prompt service and making sure we had everything we needed. I would rate the service a perfect 5 as well. Lastly, the atmosphere was delightful, creating a warm and inviting environment that contributed to an enjoyable evening. I would rate the ambiance 5 out of 5 as well. I decided to call the store and politely mentioned that I thought there was a mistake with my order. The employee snapped back at me, saying, "No, there isn't. And how do I know? Because I packed this sub myself." Frustrated, I returned to the restaurant and checked my sandwich again, only to find a concealed layer of chicken hidden beneath the first layer. While I wasn’t pleased with their attitude, I chose not to escalate the situation since it was my mistake in the first place. I only made that confusion because the usual Subway I visit in Saint Lucia always has plenty of sauces and salads to choose from, but since it was closed, I ended up here. Fast forward to a recent visit, I ordered a foot-long meatball melt and was disappointed to find hair in my sandwich, and the lettuce (or maybe the tomatoes) were spoiled. Overall, my experiences at this restaurant have been consistently negative, and I can say with certainty that I won’t be returning.

Have the BMT on Italian bread as my go-to. Always great.

Would give this 0 stars if possible, i ordered 2 avo toasties and both of them were dunked in salt, uneatable. They most likely tried to rush this even though they weren’t busy. definetly don’t recommend.

What a terrible experience. The food was all clearly from at least the day before. It looked disgusting. 30 minutes after opening time to customers on a Friday morning. Bad attitude from the young girl serving too. We didn't even dare eat the subs we purchased because the fillings looked so bad.
