I ordered a drink without whipped cream and peppermint, but they got it wrong twice—first with whipped cream and no peppermint, and then the second time still with whipped cream. When I requested a third remake, they told me they were out of mocha. Frustrated, I decided to leave and headed to the Starbucks in front of Walmart instead.
Completely overrated! I received the most unpleasant drinks from a gift card my sweet daughter gave us. Since it was our first visit, we asked for recommendations, but they were terrible! She ended up dumping hers as we walked out, which was pretty funny. I played it safe with a mocha frappe, maybe that was better. At least we found something to laugh about!
I found my experience to be quite disappointing. I've always believed that Starbucks is a brand committed to inclusivity and supporting individuals with disabilities, whether physical or otherwise. Unfortunately, it seems that some staff members may not be fully aware of the culture and values that Starbucks embodies. Additionally, I noticed that the only other reviews on this site date back to 2020 and 2021, which makes me think there could be a general lack of concern among the staff for their workplace, customers, and fellow employees. That said, I’m now giving it 3 stars, as the situation has mostly been resolved.
Outstanding service and the knack for recalling customers' orders are fundamental traits of an exceptional Starbucks location—these are the very reasons that keep me returning.
I'm not particularly fond of Starbucks, but my 11-year-old daughter really loves it. The staff is consistently friendly and patient with her, even when she's unsure about what to order.
