The best tea room in Irvine! The food is amazing, and the cakes are delightful. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

I enjoy casual conversations at this café because the atmosphere is so cheerful, and dining here is a true pleasure! The walls are adorned with pictures and there are exciting options for gifts or treats for yourself. The scones are incredible!

Always the first station for morning coffee/tea when we go to the mainland of arran. scones are to die, they always ask which specials are on! Yesterday I had a celestial with cocosnuss. delicious! well recommended!

I've been to this picturesque Wee Square several times, now I always get the panini supper and combination that is fabulous. keep them the good work and bring them back the chai tee

This delightful little restaurant features lovely décor and friendly staff, offering some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. In my opinion, they serve the absolute best caramel sponge cake and pineapple tarts in the universe! :o)
