Contribuisci feedbackI attempted to place my order but never received a response. The phone just kept ringing until I was finally able to separate from it. Valeria, who was at the counter, informed me that the phones don't work or ring properly. This is a business, and it's unacceptable! If there is an issue with the phones, someone should contact the corporate office or the phone company to resolve it!
It would be helpful if the staff put their phones down during lunch service, even when it's quiet, to avoid these kinds of ordering mistakes. Also, charging $1.59 for a side of ranch is outrageous! I understand there might be a fee for something that's not included in the order, but honestly, you could buy a whole bottle of ranch for that price! It's completely unreasonable. Despite my appreciation for the wings, I find my loyalty wavering because such simple mistakes are easily avoidable. I really dislike feeling like I've been taken advantage of. I might have to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try instead.
The wait for the buffalo wings was 40 minutes. It was quite crowded, but still, 40 minutes is a long time. The wings turned out to be just average.
I had to go back because I had another order. I'm all for young people working. It is, however, the ineffective communication that gives me a break. I went to this place for a year without food. When I decided to come back... it was a sign that I had to choose somewhere else.
Place the order spent $30 never got it delivered to my house not the 1st time that this happened but certainly is the last people don't order from this place they're horrible
