Fritaille - Irvington

The cashier was not very friendly and seemed to have a poor attitude, which made my experience frustrating. She struggled to answer even simple questions. I also got the impression of some tension as soon as I entered the restaurant. I believe it's important to improve the service, as it could be negatively affecting your business.

The customer service at this restaurant is appalling. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The women at the counter always seem angry and unhappy, despite the gospel music playing on the TV. I can't believe it. When I asked one of them for sauce with my fritaille, she rudely responded, "We never give sauce with fritaille. Do I look like I work here? Just give me the sauce and be quiet!" I don’t know her name, but she’s short, dark-skinned, and has a big backside. It's really disappointing.

I called in the morning to ask if they had pate Kote, and they confirmed they did. I specifically asked if they had the pate Kote and not just the regular beef patties, and the lady assured me they had both. After driving an hour because I was really craving it, I arrived only to be told that they had no record of my call and that they didn’t say they had any. I showed them the number I called, and while they acknowledged it was the correct number, they insisted they never said they had it. They didn’t even attempt to apologize for the misunderstanding. I won’t be returning.

Disappointed with my first and only purchase. I ordered a large Fritay, received a small instead. The food was terrible and poorly packaged. I will not come back
