Food is really good and prices are reaso able.Staff are good to their customers.

Sad to know that this branch turns clients away just because they don't want to clean the griller again. If the griller is cleaned before you get there, unfortunately you need to just have fried food.

So I was there when a very upset customer came in and violently shouted at the manager over an order that took long- apparently out for delivery and had taken a while, so not the restaurants fault — he got up in the mangers face and was screaming, and I mean screaming, at him over this fish and chips. The manager stayed calm and respectful throughout the entire exchange, which honestly was amazing, because the customer clearly wanted to escalate the situation into a violent exchange. Worst service experienced, I am not one to normally give reviews but I placed an order about an 1hr and 20mim ago and waited for delivery only to find out my order wasn't placed and no one even apologized for this incident. Not happy at all.

It's about OK.
