At 10 Nov 22 18:51.I was served by A lady named Mpume.she has an attitude,as we walked inn with my partner she started laughing,we placed our orders she continued laughing of which I think was rude of her the others tried not to entertain her but she did of which made my patner uncomfortable and wanted to leave.her behaviour was uncalled for.

Horrible service. For exactly 30 minutes I tried to call in to place an order. 30 minutes of calling continuously and no answer. At one stage my call was being sent directly to voicemail. When I eventually drive to the branch to place the order I find the staff uninterested in the phone calls. Completely disregarding phonecalls. You guys need to train your staff to handle pressure because there were not more than 4 to 5 customers in the store at once who were only waiting to collect. Not to be s … – show

I normally buy from Fishaways North Coast Road. But i was in the area bought from this store. The chips were very bad. Pls do something about your chips. Wont recommend your store.I was phoned to ask what day did i purchase at this Sparks Road branch. Like im complaining about stuff i neva bought.

Came to the store walked in the staff was screaming at each other at the back not a good sight at all in front of costumers they need to learn how to behave and the manger with them very very sad at they behavior

I ordered the following: prawn pops grilled hake burger meal chips small coleslaw hake pot onion rings everything was well packed and so yumm. friendly and helpful staff also willing to go the extra mile: will definitely be back to try other things on the menu
