Savior Cafe - Isipingo

I went back today for the first time in 2 years since my last review to see if things had improved, unfortunately not. I waited for 20 minutes for a poached egg which was cold when it got to the table and I had to send it back. Coffee arrived with no sugar, I waited another 5 minutes for sugar. All in all service was slack. Such a pity as the venue is lovely. I hope the owners see feedback as constructive and make the necessary improvements. I was invited here by friends for some birthday cake and coffee. The setting is wonderful, the staff are ready and waiting at the doors, well spoken in English, the service was quick, the coffee and cake delicious. It's a pity they were closing at 5 and I felt a bit rushed. Nevertheless less I was impressed. The carrot cake and my wife's new York cheese cake were delicious.

Very pleasant cafe. Good choice for breakfast and the staff are really attentive. Would highly recommend.

Cannot get enough of the naartjie lemonade. Food superb,service was sadly not however I have to take into consideration that the place was at capacity

Great food and great service.. It doesn't get much better..
