Steers - Isipingo

Good day to you. Had altercation with staff. Wife clearly gave instructions not to add mayonnaise and cheese however the did directly opposite to wife's request. Supervisor support her staff in that she said my wife did not mention the may and cheese. They did not oblige and make another another burger. And were definitely rude towards us. Will never stop at this steers ever again. Waiting your response Thanks

Ate inside, Cold burgers, slap dash. Steers overall not worth the new cost. New Menu confusing with meals.

Bought the double rack meal. Ask the staff member who handed me the meal where the chips were because he only handed me one box. Was told everything is in the box. Got home to find that I have a box with chips and no ribs. Contracted customer care last night to lay a complaint. Seeing I got no feedback from customer care I phone them again to find out that the complaint was never lodged. Tried phoning the branch but no one picks up the phone.

Incompetent staff member shouting at me to order when I am still looking at the menu. No chips with breakfast burger after telling me it comes with chips. Did not fit cap onto coffee properly and spilled all over when taking first sip. Arrogant manager making me wait to see her so I walked out. Will not go back.

Did not have any sauces for chips, did not tell me beforehand or I would not have purchased it. Chips was also extremely overdone, almost like charcoal. Had no snack burgers either. My burger was also finally dry and hard with almost no sauce on it. Worst steers I've been to.
