The service was incredibly slow. Our group had breakfast and an afternoon dessert, and we experienced sluggish service on both occasions, despite there not being many other customers. While the food was good, it was also overpriced, which was what we expected.

Super amazing hotel bar and restaurant! Burgers were good, service was awesome and the beach was superb!

Horrible breakfast. Menu is not accurate with pricing or items. Service was slow. The unsolicited baby advice was almost as bad as the sausage.

We should have left after not being greeted, no signage to seat self, absence of anyone but we stayed as we arrived late and didn’t want to leave again in search of food. The fish sandwich and sliders were just bleh! We decided to come down at breakfast and give it a try again and though it’s convenient the service was terrible, they don’t know what it means to “toast” anything, the floor and tables were filthy and it was just so odd to not have anyone greeting and directing folks. There didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for anything. Go elsewhere.

Exceptional service with very friendly staff; there wasn't a single error in our orders. The team was quick to attend to all our needs and requests. As a small local motorcycle group, we've visited nearly every restaurant in the Keys, and this one stands out as one of the best. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is inviting, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend it!
