The Windjammer - ISLE OF PALMS

Fantastic venue to catch some really great deeds. The outdoor stage is on sand with the beach right behind it. Absolutely amazing at dusk. And if you really are lucky (as we were) you could catch a Space X start in the background.

The location of the bar is great and the outdoor seating area is quite beautiful. If you want to get a drink on the beach, this would be a great place to do it. But I do not recommend ordering the food. The chicken wings look as if they originate from a baby bird or quail (12oz can of Coors for scale in Attached pic). The fish is about the same quality as a McDonald's Filet-O-Fish (for some people, this can be a good thing; for each of their own). Finally, the whole roasted food in the frit was left a little too long. In the end, I'll mention that the tables are pretty beaten. This should not be a problem if you only drink and stand. Overall, it would not recommend.

I love the hammer. It wasn't back in many years. Want to see a band on the beach, but not enough time. Will be back.

Great dance and concert hall. Plenty of club space inside AND stage outside on the sand with the Atlantic as background! Classic Charleston Bar / Club / Music location. This evening Happy Landing was presented, decorated in astronaut suits. The main event was the 502s, a regional favorite that quickly makes up the states and the pond.

Beautiful views of the strawberry full moon over the Atlantic ocean. Had fish burger and fries and tater tots. The tater tots were absolutely perfect. These are the kind of tots that will remind you of your days as a pirate. You won't regret it. Great beer selection, friendly staff, and ice cold air conditioning. Enjoy!
