Caffe Ladro - Issaquah

I know we are supposed to be practicing social distancing and all but that does not mean you be rude and don't do your job. We always pickup our espresso beans from there since its alway freshly roasted. I went to get a couple of bags today, and the lady behind at the counter is in panic mode. She actually shouts at people to stay outside if there are 2 people in the store. She punches the total in the register jumps back like 10 feet. She is in rush and does not want to answer questions fully. Finally, she asked me to reach over the printer and tear out the receipt and sign it. I was surprised. Dies the paper or the printer have germs or something. If so, then they should clean it. Anyway, I did that, but next time I am not going sign anything for her. I think the person over reacting and better stay at home than ask customers to do her job.

The matcha latte was fantastic (with just one pump of syrup), the ham and Swiss croissant was delicious, and the view is great. This spot is perfect for a morning break.

The customer service was fantastic! The coffee was excellent, and the croissant was delicious as well. I will definitely be returning! Rachel and Richard are very friendly; they deserve a raise!

The coffee was great, and the service was excellent as well. It was quite busy on a weekend morning. The ambiance is pleasant, with high ceilings that create an airy feel inside. They also offer outdoor seating.

The interior is beautiful! I really enjoy the atmosphere and vibe of the place. The coffee was excellent, and they offered a great variety. The only thing I would suggest changing is the baristas seemed a bit unhappy, but it could just have been an off day. I will definitely be returning for a warm latte and a pastry!
