Einstein Bros Bagels - Mercer Island

Today I got the farmhouse on Asiago. Just as excellent as ever! The food is always fresh and delicious, not to mention prepared quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fresh and filling breakfast.

The all nighter egg sandwich was so good. I got mine with the 6 cheese bagel and it was perfect. Highly recommend! Also tried the twice baked has brown bites, very delicious and fairly priced.

Sandwich on their bagels is always good and this one was, too, except they forgot the bacon. There was 1/2 of a skinny piece on half the sandwich and none at all on the other half.

They didn toast the bagel maki f it very hard to eat the sandwich. They were also stingy with the salmon. This was the first time this happened, so will give them a secon chance.

Boyfriend and I havent had this since our university days : nice treat to take us back
