I was to hesitate to enter, but then only kindly suggested to see the food next to the kitchen and meet my choice afterwards. the Ottoman kitchen looked amazing and tasted even better, it reminded me of the Mediterranean cuisine that we have in portugal and justi kindly explained some of his history and how it was made. I don't usually give reviews, but this one deserves it.
The waiter Nuri was kind and explained different dishes to me.
A shop owner Zeki suggested Sefa, it's where the locals go. Prices are so low we couldn't believe it. I tried Apricot Komposto for the first time it was yummy!!
There are plenty of vegan choices at this restaurant, and the waiters are accommodating when you mention that you are vegetarian. They prepared a plate with various vegetables, chickpeas, and bulgur wheat for us. It may be helpful to specify no fish to ensure clarity. The restaurant is not touristy, as we noticed locals dining alongside tourists, which is always a positive sign. This review was updated on November 18, 2023.
There are many vegetarian and vegan choices available at this restaurant. The flavors were wonderful and the food was incredibly delicious. I would highly recommend it to all vegans looking to try local cuisine.
