Tahin Restoran Hisarüstü - Istanbul

My favorite spot for lunch in Hisarüstü. They always use fresh, high-quality ingredients in their dishes. I especially love the falafel salad, mezes, and lunch boxes. However, the kebabs tend to be a bit too garlicky.

The Lebanese food at this restaurant was quite average. The hummus was just okay, not very impressive. They don't serve pita bread, using lavash instead, which was disappointing. The chicken, falafel, and kibbeh I tried were all very mediocre. Perhaps it was just an off day for the restaurant, so I may give it another chance in the future.

Love it! Fresh ingredients and good vegan choices. Will definitely come back.

What a disappointment! Since when have Lebanese restaurants become this stingy? Mezze portions couldn’t get smaller than this, muhammara couldn’t be less walnutless and sambosa couldn’t get tinier!! I don’t even recommend trying
