We have a fairly large Nepalese population of students I work on, and they recommended that the best way to sample their food would be to get a sequence of chicken mamaos. Every guide and restaurant book recommended Lhasa Tibetan and they have not failed my wife and I-now we are hopelessly connected! Think about a hearty Chinese soup with a chili sauce that is 3 times as hot!

The food is delicious. Please have enough time to wait. It is a small place, so wait longer, but it is worth waiting. Just CASH!
