Brooksie's Barn - Jackson

We visited for the first time and found a great variety of dishes available! The only downside was that the mashed potatoes were served cold. However, the staff was incredible – they promptly refilled our drinks and cleared our plates, and they quickly replenished the buffet. We will definitely return. We're happy to support a local restaurant! The prices were very reasonable, and they even offered a discounted price for kids under 10. Overall, it’s definitely a hidden gem!

During the pandemic, this restaurant remained a steadfast support for the community. They faced many challenges, especially when operating at just 50% capacity. It's the best buffet in Jackson, TN, with excellent food and fantastic service.

The restaurant is slightly difficult to locate, but once you arrive, the views are breathtaking and the food is fantastic. For just around $10, we enjoyed fried fish, meatloaf, baked and fried chicken, a salad bar, a variety of vegetables, rolls, cornbread, and a selection of desserts. I’ll definitely stop by again when passing through town. It’s a wonderful change from typical roadside dining!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the water while having lunch. The establishment was well-kept and spotless. Our waiter and the gentleman at the cash register were both very friendly and efficient. We truly loved the home-cooked meals—they were made with care and absolutely delicious!
