Worst experience in a restaurant ever. the drive thru cashier became crazy and threw us drinks as customers. I guess she was upset that she works at kfc. I don't know, but they shouldn't put people in positions they don't equip. now we're going to sue.
Eat is good, but they always give me the little chicken leg that looks like it's from an overrun? for whom do you save the good legs? green well.
Worst place ever. I ordered online an 8 peice chicken 2 mash potatoes and 1/2 gal drink. After awhile the delivery driver is calling me to tell me that my order was changed. Now I am getting 8 piece chicken 2 fries and 4 bottles of water. Still charged the same amount but the store did not call to inform me of the change. It took me 4 attempts to reach someone in the store the lady I spoke with claims she was the manager and gave me a line of bs on why they didn't call me. If I would have know I would have canceled this order and got my food elsewhere.
I didn’t have any option for a less than 1 star rating. Placed my order at 8:24 was told it would be 16 minutes for spicy chicken. At 9:00 I’m still waiting for my order. Either they can’t tell time or customer service at this location is extremely poor. There was no sense of urgency. There were 4 to 5 people working and it took 42 minutes to get 3 bowls and 10 pc bucket. Then the dude the brings me the order tells me here like I’m inconveniencing him. No apologies for the poor service at all. Close it down send everyone to 2nd grade to learn to tell time and boot camp for customer service. If this type of service is common corporate will eventually shut it down.
